100% from our Te Awanga vineyard. Tank fermented with lees stirred in tank with our batonneur for 3 months. With as little as 3 grams of residual sugar, this wine is fresh and dry with aromas of pear, stone-fruit and honeysuckle. It is well-balanced with fresh acidity and weight. Beautiful to drink now or over the next few years.
