2015 Hieronymus is composed of 41% of Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 12% Malbec and 8% Tempranillo from our Gimblett (58%) and
Bridge Pa Triangle (42%) vineyards and represents the pinnacle of our Hawke's Bay red blends. There were three different hand picks from 1st to
15th April. Batches were fermented separately in oak top cuves and then drained to barrel without pressing. The elevage for this wine was
26 months in 50% new French oak from a select number coopers. This wine was not fined prior to bottling on 15th February 2018.
